He has filed the same notifications with respect to Sidefx Ltd (Co. No. 1391203) of which he is sole director; Eden Digital Ltd (Co. No. 2122974), which he co-directs with multimillionaire property developer and tax accountant John Malcolm Carr; and CVC Group Ltd (Co.
