Carr Consulting P.A., John M. Carr and his NZ Residential Addresses

Since 2006 Mr John M. Carr, who holds both US and NZ citizenship, has been recording his residential address on the NZ Companies Office website as 14/31 Greenlane Road, Remuera, Auckland. On 16 December 2009 he entered the same address, for the first time, as the registered office for “Carr Consulting P.A.” (Professional Association) – a Florida For Profit Corporation  of which he is both Principal and registered agent. It owns four NZ registered companies he directs (Velocity Partners Ltd, First Virtual Deposit & Nominee Co. Ltd, PJ Digital Ltd and Shelf Company No. 10 Ltd), as well as one that was struck off the register in 2005 (Cromwell 24 Hr Challenge Ltd).

Mixing Business with Porn and Charity: John M Carr and Steve Crow

Many will now know that American citizen John M Carr is co-director, along with “Porn King” Steve Crow, of Eden Digital Ltd, a NZ registered company that sponsored and bank-rolled the recent “Boobs on Bikes” porn sleaze promo on Queen Street, Auckland, and its three-day follow-up Erotica Lifestyles Expo held at the ASB Showgrounds in Auckland (25-27 September 2009). Busty porn stars, including one billed as having the biggest augmented breasts in the world, were funded by Mr Carr’s company to travel to New Zealand from all over the US, to expose themselves on our city streets and promote hardcore porn.

John M Carr and the peripatetic, puzzling, pliable, P.A. shareholder

Late on Wednesday evening 16 December, company director John Malcolm  Carr changed the registered name of the listed shareholder of four New Zealand registered companies he directs, from “Cuchara Inc” to “Carr Consulting P.A.”  By doing so he confirmed the Society’s contention (see Dec. Newsletter) that he had been using an incorrect US-based corporation shareholder name for about nine years in his annual returns.  The Society is correct to have asserted that all the shares are in fact held by a professional association  (P.A.) authorised to render financial planning advice and related services in Florida through Better Business Services Inc, which Carr directs from his office in the US. Expelled – No Intelligence Allowed: Paramount Theatre, Wellington.

SPCS commends film commencing 8.30 p.m. Thursday 17 December 2009, Paramount Theatre, Courtney Place, Wellington.

The new American  movie Expelled – No Intelligence Allowed, directed by Nathan Frankowshi and hosted by Ben Stein, currently on its theatrical release in NZ, highlights a fundamental problem that is inherent in the NZ Science curriculum. In the section titled “Making sense of the Living world” careful analysis reveals that Neo Darwinist Theory  (i.e. Molecules-to-Man Evolution via natural selection) is the sole basis allowed for all scientific investigation. The other leading origins theory – Intelligent Design – doesn’t get a mention. Therefore students are being prevented from engaging in the controversial and exciting debate on the competing ideas about the origins of life. What they are receiving in their life sciences education amounts to a large dose of philosophical indoctrination into scientific naturalism – read atheism. God has indeed been “expelled” or censored out of the NZ  Science curriculum. Will our National Anthem of “God Defend New Zealand” be next to be ‘expelled’ from our ‘enlightened’ secular culture?

Liquidators receive complaints regarding Steve Crow’s Erotica Lifestyles Expo 2009 operated by Eden Digital Ltd.

The Liquidator of four companies directed by Steve Crow, Lloyd J Hayward of Meltzer Mason Heath,  received complaints from creditors regarding Erotica Lifestyles Expo 2009 operated by Eden Digital Ltd, a porn company directed by Crow and US based tax consultant and property developer John Malcolm Carr. Mr Carr is Principal of Carr Consulting P.A. (Professional Association) based in the US, which owns four NZ registered companies that he directs. The Expo promoting hard core porn & sleaze was held at the ASB Auckland Showgrounds from 25-27 September 2009.

Lloyd J. Haward, in his 6 monthly Liquidator’s Report on Malibu Media (formerly Erotica Expo Ltd) dated 30/11/09 , records that the complaints from creditors were “referred to the National Enforcement Unit at the  Ministry of Economic Development.” This is where the Society, which is not a creditor, has lodged its formal complains against the actions of company directors Crow and Carr. Carr Consulting P.A. Porn Company Director John M. Carr and his Companies’ US shareholder connections unmasked

The Society’s latest Newsletter (Issue 110, Dec. 2009), among other things, addresses the questions:

Who is funding the New Zealand porn industry linked to “porn entrepreneur” Stephen (Steve) Peter Crow? Who is company director John Malcolm Carr, an American citizen who is Principal of Carr Consulting P.A. (Professional Association) and who co-directs porn company Eden Digital Ltd and its mother company CVC Group Ltd along with “NZ Porn King” Mr Crow? Is there a porn money trail leading from the US to Godzone? Why are unsecured creditors of four  porn companies formerly directed by Steve Crow, currently in liquidation as widely reported, unable to be paid? Why was the NZ porn industry linked to an apparently fictitious US shareholder identity – “Cuchara Inc, San Antonio, Texas” – a defuct Texas corporation – entered on the NZ Companies Office Register for nine years by company director John Malcolm Carr? [Until 16/12/09 "Cuchara Inc" was listed as owning 4 NZ registered companies Mr Carr currently directs: Velocity Partners Ltd, First Virtual Deposit & Nominee Co. Ltd, PJ Digital Ltd and Shelf Company No 10 Ltd that owns a 3 million dollar property at Pakiri Beach, Wellsford]. Why is the National Enforcement Unit of the NZ Companies Office (NEU) currently investigating companies directed by Mr Carr and Mr Crow? Why is the Overseas Investment Office currently investigating the purchase of a $3,000,000 “sensitive” coastal property at Pakiri Beach on 4 October 2005 by the NZ registered company Shelf Company No 10 Ltd -  directed by John M. Carr and owned 100% until 16/12/09 by “Cuchara Inc” (San Antonio, Texas)? What matters relating to shareholder “Cuchara Inc” are currently being investigated and pursued with John M Carr by the NEU?
