Liquidators receive complaints regarding Steve Crow’s Erotica Lifestyles Expo 2009 operated by Eden Digital Ltd.

The Liquidator of four companies directed by Steve Crow, Lloyd J Hayward of Meltzer Mason Heath,  received complaints from creditors regarding Erotica Lifestyles Expo 2009 operated by Eden Digital Ltd, a porn company directed by Crow and US based tax consultant and property developer John Malcolm Carr. Mr Carr is Principal of Carr Consulting P.A. (Professional Association) based in the US, which owns four NZ registered companies that he directs. The Expo promoting hard core porn & sleaze was held at the ASB Auckland Showgrounds from 25-27 September 2009.

Lloyd J. Haward, in his 6 monthly Liquidator’s Report on Malibu Media (formerly Erotica Expo Ltd) dated 30/11/09 , records that the complaints from creditors were “referred to the National Enforcement Unit at the  Ministry of Economic Development.” This is where the Society, which is not a creditor, has lodged its formal complains against the actions of company directors Crow and Carr.

With respect to Malibu Media, the total deficiency as regards unsecurd creditors and shareholders was $145,665 as at 27/05/09 with IRD owed $18,649. The company was put into voluntary liquidation on 27/05/09. Mr Crow changed its name from Erotica Expo Ltd to Malibu Media Ltd one month before this date.
