US (Florida) corporation – Carr Consulting P.A. – owns PJ Digital Ltd which owns two funky Auckland unit title properties

After viewing the Society’s copyrighted diagram on Carr Consulting P.A. in our December Newsletter (see below), a kindly gentleman has sought clarification from us as to the New Zealand property ownership of PJ Digital Ltd (Co. No. 1141073. Incorporated 28/06/00), directed by John Malcolm Carr. We are very happy to oblige and provide this publicly listed information. The two properties are:

1. One Unit Title at 121-127 Howe Street, Auckland Central (access off Beresford Street Central), Freemans Bay. Zoned Residential B. Legal description: CT 64951 Unit F, Units 7-8, 15-16, UP 316646. It was purchased by PJ Digital Ltd on 21/01/03. 

2. One Visitor Facility Unit Title, a first floor Unit with balcony, on Waiheke Island. Legal Description NA 119A/898 Unit K UP 189765. Address K/4 Bay Rd, Palm Beach, Waiheke Island. Land Zone Unit No. 14 (Visitor Centre/residential). It was purchased by PJ Digital on 22/10/03.

John M Carr notified the NZ Companies Office on 16/12/09 that the shareholder Carr Consulting P.A. now resides at 14/31 Greenland Road East, Remuera, Auckland.
