…. is co-director, along with “Porn King” Steve Crow, of Eden Digital Ltd, a NZ registered company that sponsored and bank-rolled the recent “Boobs on Bikes” porn sleaze promo on Queen Street, Auckland, and its three-day follow-up Erotica Lifestyles Expo held at the ASB Showgrounds in Auckland (25-27 September 2009). Busty porn stars, including one billed by Steve Crow as having the biggest augmented breasts in the world, were funded by Mr John Malcolm Carr’s company to travel to New Zealand from all over the US, to expose themselves on our city streets and promote hardcore porn.
John M Carr CPA, a Private Customer – TW20f0F6YsujM – of Tel West, Austin, Texas, USA,is responsible for a number of hardcore porn companies and their websites linked to Server I.P. 198.211.217.131 These include the website hotkiwis.com and its New Zealand partner businesses “Girl4u”, “Girls4u” “NZXonline”, , “EroticaExpo” and “Vixen” administered by his business partner New Zealand pornographer Stephen (Steve) Peter Crow.

Mr John Malcom Carr CPA (see photo http://www.carr.co.nz/images/jmc.jpg), as revealed in our latest Society newsletter (December 2009), is also co-director of CVC Group Ltd, a porn ‘mother company’ that owns four porn companies directed by “porn entrepreneur” Stephen Peter Crow (Steve Crow), now all in liquidation; as well as owning Eden Digital Ltd and two other “live” porn companies directed by Mr Crow. Mr John M Carr’s vast convoluted maze of complicated company directorships in New Zealand were disclosed in our December Newsletter as all linked back to Carr Consultancy P.A., a Florida registered For Profit Corporation authorised to render financial planning advice and related services in the State of Florida via Better Business Services Inc., a Florida registered corporation, owned and directed by Mr Carr.

John Malcolm Carr is Principal of Carr Consulting P.A. which owns four NZ registered companies which own NZ land and properties worth millions of dollars (see Society December SPCS Newsletter Companies Diagram Inset – Link above). Its registered address on the NZ Companies website has moved two-and-fro from San Antonio, Texas, to Mairangi Bay, Auckland, and finally to 14/31 Greenlane Rd East, Remuera over recent months. This peripatetic shareholder appears to mirror one who is a well-travelled entrepreneur holding both American and New Zealand citizenship.
The newsletter revealed that the US Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) Registry records two fixed wing single-engine PIPER aircrafts registered by two corporations with the same San Antonio, Texas, address; one that is used by John Malcolm Carr for his numerous US For profit corporations and for one charity (see below) – “P.O. Box 780637, Bexar County, San Antonio Texas 78278-0637”. It is noteworthy that Mr Carr reports that he has “owned and operated several small businesses … including travel and aircraft leasing” (www.bbs.co.nz).
The owner of the Piper PA-32R-301T aircraft (N-4292K), a 7-seater [see photo: http://pakiriaviation.com/index.html#aircrafts] is recorded on FAA records as Pakiri Aviation LLC, a corporation which is managed by its members and had its Principal Office and registered agent address recorded in 2010 as 3420 Mountain Meadows Rd, Helena, 59602-0000 in the State of Montana. [Update: As of 15/06/15 it was it was 126 Wild Rose Road, Jefferson City, MT 863-602-1274. This is 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2.856 sq ft family home built in 2009 is currently on the market for $449,500.

John Carr incorporated this corporation on 11/08/05 and the “purpose code” is recorded as “unstated” on official FAA records. The Society highlighted that the company name “Pakiri” is he same as the location of a 3 million dollar NZ property purchased by a company Mr Carr directs (Pakiri Beach, Wellsford) on 4 October 2005.
The other aircraft, a Piper PA-28-181 (N-800CT) [see photo: http://pakiriaviation.com/index.html#aircrafts ] is recorded on the FAA registry owned by “Cuchara Inc”, a corporation incorporated in Florida which had its name and articles of incorporation changed on 15/02/99 to become Carr Consulting P.A., (a Professional Association) with John M Carr as Principal and registered agent, as noted above. It has its Principal Office and registered address at 1621 Hillcrest St, Orlando, Florida 328034809 and is authorised to render financial planning advice to persons in the State of Florida. On the NZ Companies Office records the same corporation is recorded as located at 14/31 Greenlane Rd, East, Auckland.
John Malcolm Carr is recorded as the “certified private pilot” linked to both planes.[see: http://pakiriaviation.com/index.html#pilot].
Based on the two corporations’ contact addresses listed as San Antonio, Texas, in the FAA records, one might reasonably assume that both are based in Texas. A search of corporation records in Texas reveals the corporation “Cuchara Inc” was incorporated in Texas on 23 April 1991, but was struck off the Register on 2 February 1993 due to its failure to comply with Texas State franchise tax law. This corporation name could not be used legally on statutory documents relating to ownership of assets etc after 2/02/93. The aircraft owned by “Cuchara Inc” had its registration certificate issued on “8/17/93”, soon after the strike-off date of the now defunct corporation. However, that name remains on the FAA records as the current owner of the aircraft and linked to John M Carr’s business/charity corporations address. It is the statutory duty of directors of corporations to update FAA ownership records of aircrafts owned by corporations they direct.
No CURRENT corporation name “Cuchara Inc” can be found on any US State corporation database.
However, “Cuchara Inc” was once a valid corporation name that could be used on statutory documents from 23/04/93 to 15/02/99, one which was incorporated to do business in Florida and had as its Principal and registered agent, Mr John M. Carr. However, its name and articles of incorporation were changed on 15/02/99 by Mr Carr when it became Carr Consulting P.A. (professional Association). The PIPER aircraft with FAA assigned No. N8000CT, which Mr Carr apparently leases out for profit, is actually owned by Carr Consulting P.A. not ‘”Cuchara Inc”.
No corporation by the name Pakiri Aviation LLC is recorded on the State of Texas corporation register. One might reasonably assume that an aircraft registered as owned by a corporation using a Texas communication address would be located in Texas. But no, John Malcolm Carr has registered both aircrafts with corporations he incorporated outside the State of Texas (Montana and Florida). He currently serves as Principal and registered agent for both. Pakiri Aviation LLC owns the PIPER aircraft with FAA assigned No. N-4292K.
Business and Charity
As noted, PO Box 780637 is Mr Carr’s business contact for all his many wealth creating – “For profit corporations”, but it is also the same one he uses for a charity, one for which he takes charge of the financial records. It is called B.B.S. Charities Inc. and it is a non-profit US corporation, incorporated by John Carr in the State of Texas. It has been granted tax exempt status since January 1991 and actively solicits donations via its website and elsewhere, to be used for the purpose of assisting “inner city youth” – specifically those attending just one school – Crosswind Arts and Science School in Woodbury, Minnesoto, where the charity’s President Angelika G. Carr and her son live (see www.bbscharities.org).
The now effectively ‘defunct’ B.B.S. Charities Inc., not to be confused with Better Business Services Inc. of which John M. Carr is owner and CEO, was formed in 1990 and its registered office is currently at 10075 Waterfront Drive, Woodbury, Minnesota. It is authorised to do business in Minnesota under Charter No. 1469129-2. According to the Charty’s website, since 1st December 2005 all the donations it received – every cent – have been directed to Crosswind Arts and Science School (CASS) where Ms Angelika G Carr’s son attends school. The Charity states on its website: “100% of your donations are tax deductible. 100% of your donation will go directly to the program or children involved” [Emphasis added].
The Charity has presented itself to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as not being a Private Foundation under s. 509 (a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Charity’s website reveals little about where donation money is used, other than that it has been used to pay bus fares on a few occasions for some CASS children to attend a few class time events in the city. The only tax disclosures made available on the website are those relating to the 2005 tax year. Gross receipts for 2005 were $660, nett assets were $567 and liabilities $333. No further records appear to have been posted on the internet for tax years 2006 to 2009 as promised when tax exempt status was granted to the charity.
The website Mission Statement states “Full transparency of accounts – posted on the Internet – Form 990 Available after year end for public inspection.” No financial accounts at all appear to have been posted on the wenbsite since 2005. While it is true that B.B.S. Charities Inc. may only be receiving donations of less than $25,000, in which case it is not required to file a Form 990 with IRS, if its Mission Statement declares “full transparency of accounts – posted on the internet” it has a moral duty to do so. Even if its support has dwindled to a few dollars, as one suspects (there is no record of bus fare grants beyond 2007), it still should openly and transparently declare its hand to donors and US-based charity watchdog groups who seek to expose humbug, hypocrisy, lack of charity and other money related vices.
As well as the domestic non-profit corporation B.B.S. Charities Inc., a vast array of For Profit Corporations directed by Mr John Carr or linked to him use PO Box 780637, San Antonio, Texas, including:
1. Better Business Services Inc. or BBS Inc, not to be confused with B.B.S. Charities Inc. The former started in San Antonio, Texas on November 11th, 1983. It is a Texas corporation (Charter number 6787600) owned and operated by John M Carr. It was authorised to do business in Florida on September 6th, 1984 under charter number P03291. John Carr is its Principal registered agent. BBS, Inc. owns the domain names of a number of hardcore porn websites some of which feature “hardcore live web cam feeds”, escort agencies (prostitutes), and other sex services etc.
2. TaxLogic a wholly owned Subsidiary of Better Business Services Inc.
3. Carr Consulting P.A. a Florida registered for profit corporation which owns millions of dollars worth of property and real estate in New Zealand (see SPCS December Newsletter) through its NZ registered daughter companies (PJ Digital Ltd owns a central Auckland property and a one on Waiheke Island; Shell Company No 10 owns a $3,000,000 property near Pakiri Beach, Wellsford, and Kinetiq Ltd, a daughter company of Velocity Partners Ltd, owns two Auckland North Shore properties).
4. NZ registered company Electronic Publishing Limited which markets the book “Wealth Creation: What Your Accountant Doesn’t Tell You” edited by Mr John M Carr. It owns a 9% stake in CVC Group Ltd, co-directed by Mr Carr, which owns a number of porn companies directed by Steve Crow, one of which Mr Carr co-directs with him (Eden Digital Ltd). 5. DaddyCool – “Luxury Ford pick-up accessory, Daddy Cool is a refrigerated center console specifically designed for your Ford 4X4 truck.” Daddy Cool Ltd PO Box 780637. San Antonio TX 78278-0637. Daddy Cool Ltd is a NZ registered company (No. 1274346 incorporated on 3/03/03).
6. New Zealand registered company Kinetiq Ltd., formerly a subsidiary of Spectrum Resources Ltd. Kinetiq Ltd was purchased by John Carr in April 2005. He was a director of Spectrum Resources Ltd until he resigned on 13 July 2005. Two days later its name was changed to Charlies Group Ltd. Mr John Malcolm Carr purchased Kinetiq Ltd while still a director of Spectrum Resources Ltd. See www.kinetiq.com
