Neither John Malcolm Carr nor his attorney Alan Bevan McKay of Checketts McKay Law, Cromwell, appeared today at 10 am in Courtroom 2 of the Auckland District Court in the case Ministry of Economic Development v John Malcolm Carr . John M Carr CPA, co-director with “Porn King” Steve Crow of New Zealand registered porn company Eden Digital Ltd and its NZ ‘mother company’ CVC Group Ltd, is currently serving as campaign treasurer for mayoral candidate Mildred Fernandez in her 2010 Orange County election campaign in Florida. He was also the campaign treasurer from Jan. 2007 to Feb. 2008 for Antonio (“Tony”) L. Ortiz, a distinguished former law enforcement officer, who narrowly won the election for Orange County’s Commissioner seat for District 2. The Society has filed a number of complaints with the Registrar of Companies concerning the New Zealand registered companies Mr John Malcolm Carr, “resident” of 14/31 Greenlane Road, Remuera, Auckland, NZ – directs. These include NZ companies wholly owned by Florida-based Carr Consulting P.A. of which Mr Carr is Principal and registered agent.

John M Carr (see photo: http://www.carr.co.nz/images/jmc.jpg) incorporated Triton Energy Corporation [TEC] on August 10, 2006 in the State of Florida and it is currently listed as “active” in State records. He is director, principal and registered agent of this “For Profit Corporation” that has its principal business address listed as 1621 Hillcrest St, Orlando, FL 32803. It is the same business address he has recorded for Carr Consulting P.A., which he owns and also directs – and from where he renders financial planning advice to Floridians.
(Up until 31/03/2010 Carr Consultancy P.A. [Professional Association] owned four New Zealand registered companies directed by John M Carr, two involved in property and one with a 40% shareholding to the hardcore porn industry. Carr Consulting P.A., John M. Carr CPA and his NZ Residential Addresses

Since 2006 Mr John M. Carr CPA, who holds both US and NZ citizenship, has been recording his residential address on the NZ Companies Office website as 14/31 Greenlane Road, Remuera, Auckland. On 16 December 2009 he entered the same address, for the first time, as the registered office for “Carr Consulting P.A.” (Professional Association) – a Florida For Profit Corporation of which he is both Principal and registered agent. It owns four NZ registered companies he directs (Velocity Partners Ltd, First Virtual Deposit & Nominee Co. Ltd, PJ Digital Ltd and Shelf Company No. 10 Ltd), as well as one that was struck off the register in 2005 (Cromwell 24 Hr Challenge Ltd).
